This incident has beOn March 24, 2026 between 12:45โ13:00 UTC, users were unable to log in or access the API for approximately 15 minutes. This was caused by a database update that ran during our infrastructure migration and took longer than expected on production. Service was restored immediately once the update completed. No data was lost and the migration itself was successful.en resolved.
